About Me
As a dedicated therapist, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and Islamic counseling, employing a compassionate methodology to guide individuals towards healing and empowerment. My focus lies in supporting clients as they embark on their journey towards achieving harmony and resilience in their lives.
I provide therapy services to individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and groups at Lifeline PCS in Arizona, as well as through Telehealth.
The drive to help others after departing from the corporate world.
After a fulfilling tenure in the mar-tech industry, I felt a profound calling to pursue a Master's degree in counseling, inspired by Dr. Rania Awaad's groundbreaking research on Muslim suicides published in JAMA Psychiatry. This eye-opening revelation illuminated the pressing need for culturally sensitive mental health care within the Muslim community and beyond, propelling me towards a career shift fueled by a passionate commitment to provide impactful assistance. I am dedicated to offering trauma-informed therapy and Islamic counseling, aspiring to promote healing, resilience, and strength among individuals as they navigate their personal journeys towards well-being.
