As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that professional development is an ethical responsibility rather than merely a licensing requirement. The fields of trauma, neuroscience, relationships, and mental health are continuously evolving. Therefore, I intentionally pursue continuing education beyond the minimum state requirements to ensure that the care I provide reflects current research, best practices, and culturally responsive approaches.
While continuing education certificates verify the completion of training, they do not necessarily indicate specialization or certification in a specific treatment model. Instead, they represent my ongoing commitment to integrating clinically appropriate interventions into therapy, tailored to each client's needs.
My continuing education is deliberately selected to enhance my expertise in trauma-informed care, relational and family therapy, and culturally responsive care, as well as spiritually integrated psychotherapy. Rather than opting for courses at random, I focus on training that equips me to deliver evidence-informed, trauma-informed care while thoughtfully considering the cultural, relational, and spiritual dimensions that influence each client's unique experience.
Every client presents with a distinct story. My commitment to lifelong learning enables me to continually refine my clinical skills and stay informed by current research, providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care tailored specifically to the individuals, couples, and families I serve.

Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (LAMFT) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, I am dedicated to providing effective trauma-informed care. As a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) through Evergreen Certifications, I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing continuing education.
